We are delighted to welcome you and your four-legged companions to
our hotel, located near the Royal Liver Building with access to the
scenic Waterfront. Please review the details below for a comfortable
stay with your pets.
Allowed Dogs

Dogs are allowed in all room types (Standard Double, Standard
Twin, Superior Double, Superior Family, and Suites).

A maximum of two dogs per room; please contact hotel management
for specific requirements or larger dogs.
- A £20 per night fee applies per dog.

Service dogs are free of charge and permitted in all areas,
including Vista Restaurant and Vu Bar & Terrace.

Non-service dogs are welcome in designated pet-friendly areas but
are not permitted in the Vista Restaurant or Vu Bar & Terrace.
- Dogs must be on leads at all times in public areas.

Dogs cannot be left alone in rooms. Housekeeping will only clean
rooms when dogs are not present.
Guest Responsibilities, Damages, and Cleaning

Dogs must be supervised and on leads at all times within the hotel
premises.

Owners are responsible for ensuring dogs do not disturb other
guests with excessive barking.

Owners must clean up after dogs and dispose of waste properly
(disposal bags provided).
- Guests are liable for any damage caused by dogs.

A cleaning fee may apply for extra cleaning or damage after
check-out, amount to be determined by management.
Restrictions

- Assistance dogs are exempt from charges and restrictions.
