Allowed Dogs
- Dogs are allowed in all room types (Standard Double, Standard Twin, Superior Double, Superior Family, and Suites).
- A maximum of two dogs per room; please contact hotel management for specific requirements or larger dogs.
- A £20 per night fee applies per dog.
- Service dogs are free of charge and permitted in all areas, including Vista Restaurant and Vu Bar & Terrace.
- Non-service dogs are welcome in designated pet-friendly areas but are not permitted in the Vista Restaurant or Vu Bar & Terrace.
- Dogs must be on leads at all times in public areas.
- Dogs cannot be left alone in rooms. Housekeeping will only clean rooms when dogs are not present.
Guest Responsibilities, Damages, and Cleaning
- Dogs must be supervised and on leads at all times within the hotel premises.
- Owners are responsible for ensuring dogs do not disturb other guests with excessive barking.
- Owners must clean up after dogs and dispose of waste properly (disposal bags provided).
- Guests are liable for any damage caused by dogs.
- A cleaning fee may apply for extra cleaning or damage after check-out, amount to be determined by management.
Restrictions
- Only dogs are allowed as pets.
- Assistance dogs are exempt from charges and restrictions.
